I had a relatively minor issue thankfully, but at the time we weren’t sure how serious it could be. Shayne came out within almost 15 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem and put us at ease. Shane worked at my home to install a generator outlet in my garage. Don’t know if it was due to Christmas but I really appreciated Shane’s quick response. He quickly identified the problem and contacted the repair company to report the issue. His quick response allowed me to get my stove repaired within a few days. I had a Christmas dinner planned for 21 people so needless to say I needed a working stove. Shane helped save Christmas for me. I would highly recommend his services.
